Jackpotraider Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Three Cats B.V., the operator of jackpotraider.com, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019. Payment services are provided by Pointissimo Digital Ltd, a subsidiary of Three Cats B.V. incorporated in Cyprus. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Jackpotraider is owned and operated by Three Cats B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 164649, with a registered office at Schottegatweg Oost 10, Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad, Curaçao. The site operates under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 26 September 2025 and bound to the domain jackpotraider.com under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (NOOGH, P.B. 1993, no. 63). Payment processing is handled by Pointissimo Digital Ltd, registered in Cyprus under number HE 452086, at Ischyron 24, Kato Polemidia, 4151, Limassol, Cyprus. The English version of these terms prevails in any dispute over interpretation.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, or such higher age as your jurisdiction of residence requires. Residents of the following territories may not register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and its overseas territories, Germany, the Netherlands, the Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Israel, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, North Korea, and Iran, among other restricted jurisdictions listed in our full geographic restrictions policy. You may hold only one account per person, household, IP address, and device; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated deposits, winnings, and bonuses forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. We verify every account before processing a first withdrawal, and we may request identity documents, proof of address, copies of payment methods used, and source-of-funds evidence at any stage. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and XRP. The internal operating currency is the euro, and accounts are single-currency with no conversion service. The minimum deposit to qualify for the welcome package is €20 (or the local currency equivalent stated in the cashier). Withdrawals are processed on our side within up to 72 hours of the request, after which the time to reach your account depends on the payment method. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal is €50 to €120 depending on your country of residence, and the maximum is capped at €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month at standard tier; these limits rise with loyalty rank from Gold 2 upwards, and your current applicable limit is shown in the Withdrawal section of the cashier. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. Before any withdrawal is released, the active deposited amount must have been played through at least three times as an anti-money-laundering measure, and the account must be fully verified.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard conditions apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round is €5, including bet doubling after a completed round and bought bonus rounds. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount used. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt, except welcome package bonuses which are valid for 7 days. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, address, email address, IP address, phone number, account, payment method, or device. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or third-party payment methods. Players registered in Sweden may not receive bonuses, participate in promotional programmes, receive VIP rewards, or exchange comp points.

Responsible gambling

You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and other account restrictions at any time through your account settings. Time-out periods and self-exclusion are available on request via [email protected] ; self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the account being closed and blocked. Dispute resolution

Complaints are handled in the first instance by our support department, reachable via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by email at [email protected] . If support cannot resolve a complaint immediately, it is escalated within the organisation and you are kept informed of its progress. Server logs and records are the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim; where a screen result and the game server record disagree, the server record prevails. If a dispute is not resolved at management level, you may refer it to CADRE, an independent alternative dispute resolution body whose service is free of charge to you regardless of outcome and whose decisions are binding on both parties, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. You may also contact the Curaçao Gaming Authority or any other independent body listed on the site.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice posted on the site before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
